A journey of flavors with a punch
At Swing, every cocktail has a story to tell. Our bartenders work with flavors that take us back to American Prohibition – an exciting era that spawned many of our classic cocktails. With fresh ingredients, homemade flavorings and high-quality spirits, we’ll mix your dream cocktail. We also have a wide selection of beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks.

Bee’s Knees Sour. Tanqueray gin, honey, lemonjuice.
During the prohibition, honey and lemon juice were used to hide the taste of bad gin. However, it was found that the combination of gin, honey and lemon was here to stay, and only improved with quality gin.135:- -
Colony cocktail Fruity with a touch of bitterness. Beefeater gin, Luxardo Marachino Originale, grapefruitjuice. The Colony in New York was a so-called ”Speakeasy” bar where you picked this cocktail to hide the taste of ”bath gin” or poor quality gin. In this drink we use grapefruit juice and marschino liqueur, although the gin is now much better.140:-
